Membership FAQs
How do the commitment terms work?
Choose from 3-month, 6-month or 12-month terms — longer commitments mean better weekly rates. All memberships are billed weekly by direct debit. Student memberships have no fixed term. You can cancel at the end of your commitment period with 2 weeks notice.
Can I try before I commit?
Absolutely — our Kickstarter membership gives you a full month of unlimited access for just $149.99 (normally $199). No lock-in, no commitment — just a chance to experience Wonga, meet the coaches, and find your rhythm before choosing an ongoing membership. It's the most popular way to get started.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 4 weeks at a time, up to twice per year. Freezes are processed through the GymMaster app or by chatting with our front desk.
What if I want to upgrade or downgrade?
You can change your membership tier at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. Just let us know at reception or via email.
Do you offer student or concession pricing?
Yes! We offer discounted pricing for students, seniors (65+) and healthcare card holders across all membership tiers — with options for 3-month, 6-month or no lock-in terms. View Student Pricing
Is parking available?
Yes. There is ample free parking directly in front of the studio at 7/4 Launders Ave. You will never have trouble finding a spot.
